About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been providing therapy to adults and adolescents in a range of settings since 2006. I have been in private practice since 2012 and formed the Turning Point Therapy group in 2018. I have my undergraduate degree from Villanova University – Go Wildcats! – and my graduate training from The State University at Stony Brook. I am EMDRIA Certified in providing EMDR therapy and am a Consultant-In-Training. I love that my work with clients has evolved to being able to work on underlying issues instead of merely helping someone cope with and manage their symptoms. I work by gathering a client’s history, figuring out with them what they want from therapy and making a plan together about how to achieve that goal. Together we will use EMDR, parts/ego state work and attachment theory among other interventions to heal.
