About Me
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults and adolescents heal from trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges so they can lead more fulfilling lives. With undergraduate training from Villanova University (Go Wildcats!), a master’s degree from The State University at Stony Brook, and my current enrollment in nursing school, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that integrates mental and physical well-being. This blend of expertise allows me to address both the psychological and physiological impacts of trauma, offering a holistic approach to healing. I am EMDRIA Certified in EMDR therapy and an Approved Consultant, which means I’m deeply committed to staying at the forefront of effective therapeutic methods. My focus is on addressing the root causes of your challenges rather than just managing symptoms. Together, we’ll explore your story, clarify your goals, and create a tailored plan to help you achieve meaningful change. Through EMDR, parts/ego state work, and attachment-based approaches, we’ll work to release what’s holding you back and move toward a life that feels authentic and empowered. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and embark on a journey of healing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
