Education - PhD from Yeshiva Univ, MPH from Hunter College and MSW from New York Univ. Advanced Clinical Training in EMDR, CBT, ACT and Structural Family Therapy. Experience - Private Practice & President/Clinical Director of Westchester Group Works, a Center for Group Therapy in Harrison, NY. Co-Founder and Clinical Director of “Thru My Eyes” a nonprofit organization. Adjunct Faculty at New York University (NYU). Created and coordinates the CBT Program at Camp Shane in NY, AZ, GA, CA, TX & WI and Shane Diet and Fitness Resorts in NY & TX. On the Editorial Boards of the GROUP Journal and Health and Social Work. Board of Directors member at The Boys & Girls Club and is a consultant and trainer. Recently contributed to a variety of magazine and news articles and is author of “Free Your Child From Overeating" 53 Strategies For Lifelong Health Using Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
