About Me

I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years, and have experience with a wide range of populations and in a wide range of settings. I have come to believe that trauma is at the root of most mental health problems and I have witnessed how resolving trauma, and helping people see themselves and the world in more adaptive ways, can eliminate roadblocks and help people grow. Advanced training in yoga and mindfulness has helped me learn to approach therapy holistically, incorporating not only mental and emotional aspects, but spiritual, physical, and existential as well. I can help you remove obstacles and decrease self doubt, making your dreams and goals possible.
