About Me
I am a LPC that specializes in seeing teens 12 and up, as well as older adults and everyone in between. I work with clients experiencing life transitions, spiritual deconstruction, trauma, grief, OCD, depression, anxiety, marital and parenting issues, just to name a few. I am EMDR trained and working on certification. I have been married 20+ years and have two children, one in their 20's and one a senior in high school. We have two fur babies and on the hunt for a therapy dog.
Education & Experience
I have an MA from the University of the Cumberlands in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a BS in Human Services and Psychology, and also an AA from Collin College. I have been in practice for 2 years. My previous work experience includes working in criminal juvenile justice, pregnancy centers, private and public schools and almost a decade in retail.
