About Me

Moving to Colorado and immersing myself in the mountains has taught me so much about life, about myself, and became the inspiration for my practice: Mountains of Change. While life can feel like an uphill battle at times, the outcome can be breathtakingly beautiful.  So if you have found yourself feeling like you are fighting an uphill battle I am here to help you. While I believe we all have within us exactly what we need to face these moments, we often need a little extra support.  I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Denver area and believe it is an honor to work with those on their journey towards healing and growth. My career as a Clinical Social Worker began 5 years ago back in Buffalo NY within the world of community mental health. I quickly developed a passion for empowering individuals to be their best self and to live genuine and authentic lives. As an EMDR Certified therapist I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD but provide services to clients with a wide range of needs.  I honor the connections I make with others and believe that good therapy begins with a safe and trusting relationship. Through the use of evidenced-based practices, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you free yourself from the pain of the past or whatever it is that's holding you back from living a life filled with joy, meaning, and purpose.
