About Me

Miranda Leblanc has completed her Master’s of Counselling in Counselling Psychology. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Athabasca University. Miranda has supported children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including treatment centres, child development centers, and residential treatment. She is also passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families because of her lived experience with a child on the autism spectrum. Miranda uses an integrative, client-centred approach along with Attachment theory, trauma-focused therapy (EMDR), and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy to facilitate client change. She has specialized training in treating PTSD, affairs and trauma in couples. When Miranda is not learning new skills or supporting clients, she enjoys spending time in the forest, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with her friends and family.
