About Me
Miranda holds a Master’s of Counselling in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Miranda also holds a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation. Miranda utilizes an integrative, client-centered approach enriched by Attachment theory, trauma-focused therapy (EMDR), and couples therapy (the Gottman Method) to facilitate positive change in her clients' lives. With extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages in diverse settings such as treatment centers, child development centers, and residential treatment facilities, Miranda brings a versatile skill set to her practice. Miranda also specializes in treating PTSD, affairs, and trauma in couples, and is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to those navigating challenging experiences. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in spending time in the forest, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with friends and family.
