About Me

Having received my Masters in Social Work from USC in 2010, I am traditionally trained in psychoanalysis and work from an attachment framework that informs my care in this way: I will look at family issues and how you relate to others to better understand your unique experiences to tailor sessions to your specific needs. I have various trainings that are backed by evidence and research and focus primarily on EMDR, while also using CBT, DBT concepts and mindfulness to help each person reach their goals.
