About Me

I am a mental health and addictions counselor that specializes in trauma. I have a passion for helping people identify the barriers and hangups that they struggle with, and helping them to overcome those struggles so that they can walk in freedom and be the person they were created to be. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and a military spouse, which gives me the ability to understand the challenges that military personnel and their families experience.
