I help adults heal from the wounds of trauma. Specifically, I love helping people learn ways to experience calm and relaxing moments, develop an understanding of feelings and why you do what you do, build a stronger sense of trust and connection to yourself and others, heal from painful past experiences including childhood trauma, grow in your ability to handle strong emotions, and expand your confidence, courage, and compassion to be your true self.
