About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher dedicated to holistic mental health care. I have a warm, compassionate approach grounded in Person-Centered Therapy. I create a safe and supportive space where clients are empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. Drawing on the principles of Polyvagal Theory, I integrate body-based awareness and nervous system regulation into therapy, helping clients build resilience and reconnect with a sense of safety and calm. Through this integrative lens, I supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions with empathy, presence, and respect for each person’s unique path.
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Simmons University in 2018. I have six years of experience in residential treatment. I have been in private practice since 2020. I have been a registered yoga teacher and incorporating gentle movement and breath work in session since 2022.
