About Me
As a registered social worker with over 11 years of experience as a clinician, people leader and supervisor, I understand that mental health is rich, complex and unique to each individual. My work is centered around a holistic and integrative therapeutic approach that cares for the body, mind and spirit. I use a variety of treatment approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness practices. I am experienced in moving people through anxiety, depression, recovery from traumatic experiences, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship issues and life transitions. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. Together we can heal old wounds and re-install your power in the present. I look forward to transforming unconscious patterns to conscious choices with you.
