About Me
I am a Southern Californian native who enjoys the outdoors and animals. I identify as a bi-ethnic, multi-cultural woman. I enjoy what I do, and have been in the field for over a decade. My experience includes working with adults and teens. I’ve worked multiple roles in residential, outpatient and community mental health settings and I am now transitioning into my own private practice. I am a fellow journeyman in this path of self-discovery, awareness, and self- love, and would be honored to humbly guide you in your own journey. As a trauma and attachment-based therapist, I incorporate various trauma-informed modalities and interventions like EMDR, grounding, and parts work to help you reach your desired goals. Healing attachment wounds can take time, patience, and self-compassion, I am confident therapy can help you get there.
