About Me
There is nothing wrong with you. You've gone through/going through hard things. Clients walk away feeling safe, accepted, and empowered to grow and heal in their own way. Through mindfulness, support, and awareness, you can gain the tools to thrive while embracing their personal journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor in both Washington and Idaho, with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gonzaga University. I love being near water—it’s where I feel most at peace. I share my days with lively wiener dogs who always keep me on my toes. I enjoy traveling, and value spending quality time with my friends and family. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to care, using evidence-based techniques to support your journey. Together, we'll track progress, set meaningful goals, and adapt strategies that work best for you. I'm genuinely curious about your unique experiences, ensuring our work is personalized and effective. Your journey matters.
