Dr. Naamith Heiblum, PhD
(She/Her/Hers)
About Me
I employ an integrated approach, drawing on EMDR, somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and behavioral and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) therapies. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey and a nurturing space, where you can feel understood and seen. I work with clients to define and achieve their therapy goals, in ways that work best for them. As a trauma-informed therapist, I strive to bring trust, safety, compassion, and unconditional regard to each of my clients.
