About Me
I help ambitious over-achievers pick themselves back up after life has drop kicked them to the ground. My clients struggle like you do. Despite being driven, adaptable, and as likable as a floppy puppy, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel frustrated that they can't keep up with their own standards when they used to set the curve. They've gone from being everyone's go-to person to feeling like a burden and they wonder if they'll be able to do it on their own. The idea of even asking for help is too embarrassing to consider. Before they came to see me, they were feeling paralyzed by their lost energy and confidence. Almost daily, they were feeling resentful that life was calling the shots now and they weren't in the driver's seat anymore. They were isolating themselves so the people they cared about didn't have to suffer through them being snappy and short-tempered all the time. Like my clients, you deserve to enjoy life again. Healthy relationships are not out of your reach. If you want to focus on caring for yourself so you can find the right solutions for your new normal in life, I'd love to help you get there. Call now. You don't have to figure it out alone. I can help.
