About Me

Hello my name is Nancy Andino and I am the founder of Tailored for Change, LLC. We provide bi-lingual (Spanish) mental health services, tailored to each clients healing needs. Clients are able to transform authentically in an intimate space that allows them to learn to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and day to day life challenges. Clients learn how to use self-awareness to live authentically without allowing shame, guilt or trauma to guide their decision making. Therapeutic techniques used to assist with this process are Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, The Daring Way, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Coherent Breathing.
