About Me

As a former Army soldier and an Airforce spouse, I know the anxiety and uncertainty of “hurry up and wait”! I absolutely feel this cannot apply to mental health. Although I specialize in trauma in children and adolescents; I also work with adults. I feel it is imperative to work with each client to discover what their goals are and find what aspects of treatment will suit them best.
