Nancy is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist specializing in trauma, traumatic grief, and loss. Using a strengths-based approach fostering trust and connection, she believes in accompanying individuals as they work to restore a sense of safety, strength, and self-worth. Nancy supports individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, complicated grief, family violence, loss, self-worth, spirituality, divorce/separation, depression, and anxiety. She is a certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Child Specialist trained through Ana Gomez, with additional certification in Flash Technique and Dr. Janina Fisher’s Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and training in EMDR Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP) with Elin Shapiro. These advanced trainings inform her collaborative, personalized therapeutic style, helping clients build resilience and find meaning through the healing process.
