About Me

Nancy is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist specializing in trauma, traumatic grief, and loss. Using a strengths-based approach fostering trust and connection, she believes in accompanying individuals as they work to restore a sense of safety, strength, and self-worth. Nancy supports individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, complicated grief, family violence, loss, self-worth, spirituality, divorce/separation, depression, and anxiety. She is a certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Child Specialist trained through Ana Gomez, with additional certification in Flash Technique and Dr. Janina Fisher’s Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and training in EMDR Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP) with Elin Shapiro. These advanced trainings inform her collaborative, personalized therapeutic style, helping clients build resilience and find meaning through the healing process. Her philosophy is to encourage and serve individuals with understanding, integrity, and compassion through which hope, healing, and vision may be realized.
