I specialize in supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and the effects of trauma. I help my clients discover more calm, confidence, and connection within themselves and their lives. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and growth. I have years of experience supporting individuals who are members of minority groups, such as persons of color, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergents. My clients tend to find me deeply caring, gently challenging, and highly focused.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I've been in private practice since 2017. I've been offering teletherapy since March 2020. I have a B.A. in psychology from the University of Chicago and a M.A. in counseling psychology from the University of Denver.
