About Me

I specialize in supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and the effects of trauma. I help my clients discover more calm, confidence, and connection within themselves and their lives. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and growth. I have years of experience supporting individuals who are members of minority groups, such as persons of color, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergents. My clients tend to find me deeply caring, gently challenging, and highly focused.
