About Me
As an "inner life specialist," I work with individuals, couples, and families to facilitate healing and transformation from trauma wounds, anxiety, grief, and relationship pain in order to unburden and find more peace and joy. I have written books, produced two videos, and created 18 workshops that facilitate whole person integration. One specialty area is: "Writing is Healing Tools for Transformation."
