Mrs. Natalie Kaake, BASc, MACP, RP
About Me
Hi, I'm Natalie Kaake (pronounced "cake"), a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in helping individuals address personal difficulties, prioritizing the creation of a collaborative and safe space for healing. I believe that everyone’s healing journey is unique, and therefore, I take a holistic approach to collaboratively create a tailored treatment plan for each person. Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including DBT, EFT, CBT, IFS, and EMDR therapy, I strive to help individuals heal from their trauma, strengthen self-awareness, and develop effective emotional regulation skills.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and an undergraduate degree in psychology. Additionally, I have an addiction worker diploma and am trained in EMDR therapy. I am an active member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
