About Me

I believe life is always moving us towards greater wholeness, inviting us to become all of who we are and fully express that in the world. In my practice, I work with individuals and couples to support them in this journey. Through ongoing therapy sessions or customized, intensive psychotherapy retreats, my goal is to help you access and integrate the parts of yourself that you may be unaware of, so you can live more fully and authentically. With extensive training in trauma-informed care, I am certified in EMDR therapy for both acute and complex trauma. My approach is deeply informed by Depth Psychology.

Education & Experience

I earned a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, specializing in Jungian practices, dream work and active imagination. Additionally, I completed training in the Trauma Resiliency Model at the Southern California Counseling Center. I also engage clients in creative and imaginal practices for a more meaningful life. My background at CalArts and art exhibitions in Los Angeles allows me to offer coaching for artists and creatives to find the spark. I also provide supportive workshops for therapists and caregivers, including "Befriending Burnout". You can schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation on my website to see if we're a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you.
