About Me
I am passionate about helping people grow and heal and be able to fully connect with themselves and others. EMDR has changed my practice and given me the tools to help clients process and heal trauma and live with a regulated nervous system. It is amazing.
Education & Experience
I was first licensed in mental health counseling in 1999. I have worked in various mental health settings and have completed both a masters degree in counseling from Oklahoma State University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from California School of Professional Psychology.
