About Me
I am dedicated, empathetic and compassionate with all people who step into my office. My belief is that therapy works best when it is tailored to the goals, desires and beliefs of the individual and I strive to make this a core value of my counseling practice. I have experience with numerous mental health disorders and substance use disorders. I particularly have enjoyed and worked with people with trauma histories, family of origin concerns, dissociation, C-PTSD, PTSD, depression, anxiety and OCD.
Education & Experience
I am an LMHC. I have a BA in psychology from University at Buffalo, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. I have been working in the mental health field for 6 years and have been a practicing counselor for about 5 years.
