Nicole Flynn, LCSW

About Me

Before opening my private practice, I worked in community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, hospice care, and with veterans—supporting individuals navigating PTSD, trauma, and complex grief. I bring extensive experience in trauma recovery and currently serve as a psychotherapist with the California Victim of Crime program. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and a BA in Sociology. My work is rooted in a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing, growth, and self-compassion.
