About Me
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist. Committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where people feel deeply seen and supported. My approach is neuroaffirming, culturally curious, and grounded in evidence-based practices that honour the mind-body connection. With warmth and authenticity, I support individuals with navigating challenges, building resilience, and reconnecting with themselves in meaningful ways. My various training in EMDR, Ego States, Sandplay Therapy, Play Therapy, and Somatic Interventions allows me to support each person in their unique journey, meeting them where they are at.
