About Me

I believe that everyone has the innate ability to heal and that connection is essential for that healing. The path toward healing is different for everyone. Some feel unseen, unheard, unacknowledged, overwhelmed or hopeless and carry that heaviness alone for numerous reasons. Others feel like they have lost themselves or maybe never knew who they were to begin with and are seeking that authenticity. Many are navigating life transitions, big decisions, and unexpected changes that can be scary and overwhelming. They may feel stuck in trying to create, develop, and maintain healthy relationships with friends, family, and / or romantic partners. And there are always those who feel that something is not quite right, but they are not sure what that is and it becomes necessary to take the first steps toward exploring what that may be with appropriate support. Whatever your reason, concerns, fears, or struggles, I invite you to reach out and see if I may be able to assist you on your journey toward healing, happiness, and authenticity. Additionally, I specialize in supporting the helpers (therapists, medical providers, law enforcement, fire fighters, military, etc...) who are often overlooked and don't always have an understanding place to talk openly about their experiences.
