About Me

Most of my clients come in carrying more than one thing — layered histories, more than one diagnosis, and often some understandable skepticism about whether therapy can actually help. I get it, and I don't take it personally. Complex trauma rarely shows up clean, and treatment shouldn't pretend otherwise. I work collaboratively with clients to identify what's actually driving the problem — not just the symptoms on the surface — and we build from there. If you've tried other things and they haven't fully worked, that's not a character flaw. It's information.
