I am trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and EMDR therapy. I have completed other trauma-focused trainings: Daniel Siegel’s Interpersonal Neurobiology theory (IPNB) and Mindsight, Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Method of Therapeutics, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for PTSD.
