About Me
I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, and insomnia using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I have specialty training from the University of Pennsylvania Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety in Posttraumatic Stress. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems informed therapy into my approach. I use these evidence-based psychotherapies to help clients to overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, self-worth issues, stress, and insomnia. My approach is warm, compassionate, and genuine.
