About Me
As a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I deeply respect and value each person's journey and tailor my approach to honor your cultural background, values, and personal experiences. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help you gradually face and heal from distressing memories and events. Together, we'll work to regain your sense of safety, trust, and control over your life. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can navigate these experiences at your own pace, resulting in lasting, meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
