About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and practice in person and on zoom in New York, New Jersey and on zoom exclusively in California. I specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions, families and couples in a variety of ways based on my client's preference and fit. I live in New York City and also work with many bi-coastal clients and others adjusting to life in the city and supporting them through the change. I work with adolescents, and adults and can help to build a team with other professionals to meet your holistic needs. I also enjoy working with multicultural and immigration populations and supporting these circumstances. In addition to an EMDR Certified Therapist, I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practitioner.
