About Me
I am a therapist who is direct and goal-oriented. My ultimate goal is for my clients to know and feel they are worthy of love. My therapeutic style is eclectic, driven by the client's beliefs and where they are at currently. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative. I incorporate modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I often incorporate motivational interviewing, mindfulness, or energy psychology techniques with other modalities. With children and teens, I also utilize art, sand tray, and play techniques. My professional background includes experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have various psychological, emotional and behavioral symptoms resulting from traumatic experiences and/or biological factors. I have assisted families with parenting, discipline, parent/child relationship issues, and children’s behavioral and emotional challenges. Prior to moving to Casper, I worked with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents in a community-based program that provided wraparound support to youth and families. I grew up in Oklahoma and spent a lot of time on my family's farms. After I got married, the U.S. Air Force moved my husband and I to Anchorage, Alaska. Anchorage was my home for almost 30 years until I recently relocated to Casper, Wyoming.

I completed my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2012.
