About Me
Have you experienced trauma? Do you struggle with identifying and communicating about your emotions, wants and needs? Do you feel anxious, depressed and disconnected from friends or family and don't know why or how to change it? Do you feel that life could be more meaningful, more connected, more joyful, or more balanced - but don’t know how to access this elusive "more"? This can cause us to feel isolated, inauthentic, awkward or ashamed and may cause even more anxiety and depression. I will help you identify and set meaningful goals so that you can begin to experiene hope and wellbeing. We may explore past experiences to heal old wounds, and we may talk about and develop practical coping methods for your day-to-day. Whatever it is, it will be done in service of you feeling more aligned with your true self.I invite you to email me and schedule a free 20-minute phone or video call to talk about what brings you to therapy. Starting work with a new therapist can feel intimidating, so if you don't know what to say or ask, that's OK! I will guide you through the call.
