About Me
I’m a trauma therapist and EMDR practitioner dedicated to helping high-functioning adults find relief, reconnection, and meaning after overwhelming experiences. My practice, Thrive Well Therapy, offers a space for those who appear “strong” on the outside but carry deep, private pain. My work blends EMDR, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based resourcing to support clients in rebuilding trust with themselves and others.
