Rachel Jones Linn, LMFT
About Me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and New York, and based in Los Angeles. My work centers on helping people recover from trauma, anxiety, and patterns that have developed in response to chronic stress or painful early experiences. I integrate EMDR, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches to support clients in processing what feels stuck, building regulation and resilience, and developing a more compassionate understanding of themselves. My practice is affirming, collaborative, and deeply relational—I believe healing happens through curiosity, trust, and genuine connection. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, and am especially drawn to supporting those who move through the world with sensitivity, creativity, and a deep awareness of their inner life as they navigate transitions and cultivate a greater sense of wholeness and agency.
