About Me

Do you struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma or relationship challenges that impact your daily functioning or emotional well-being? Maybe you find yourself constantly on edge, overthinking, or overwhelmed by everyday tasks. You might feel stuck in patterns of worry, disconnection, or self-doubt. Are you drained by trying to meet others’ expectations or carrying the weight of relational wounds? Do you long for more peace, clarity, and meaningful connection? Now more than ever, people are experiencing anxiety and uncertainty as they try to heal from the past, build healthier relationships, and feel more at home within themselves. As an EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant-In-Training, with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, grief, and eating disorders. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, exploring how early experiences and unmet emotional needs shape present-day patterns in self-worth and relationships. I also offer Christian counseling and spiritual integration for those who desire it, honoring the role of faith in healing. Eclectic Evidence-Based therapy tools are interwoven into our work such as CBT, DBT, IFS and ACT. You don’t have to navigate this alone—healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
