About Me
I’m a licensed therapist, performance coach, and EMDRIA-approved consultant specializing in attachment, somatic therapies, and spiritually integrated care. My clinical work blends EMDR with ego state therapy, somatic modalities, and—when appropriate—ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. In my practice, I offer therapeutic leadership coaching to conscious leaders and executives using EMDR-informed and spiritually grounded methods. I also offer EMDR consultation for therapists. I provide individual and group consultation for clinicians seeking to deepen their work in attachment-focused EMDR, parts work, somatic integration, and spiritual frameworks. My approach is intuitive and relational, grounded in both clinical depth and embodied presence.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and have maintained a private practice since 2013. I am Certified in EMDR and currently serve as a Consultant-in-Training with Beyond Healing Institute (expected completion Fall 2025). I also serve as a leader and director of coaching at Third Eye Global. My advanced training includes polyvagal theory, attachment theory and neurobiology, ego state work, somatic psychology, Jungian and humanistic psychology, and spiritual integration. I’m also trained in psychedelic-assisted therapies, including certifications with Journey Clinical, Starlight Psychedelics, the Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy Institute, and the MAPS fundamentals course. Additional credentials include: Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Numerologist, Mind-Body Facilitator (Center for Mind-Body), Sound Healing Practitioner, and graduate of several Beyond Healing Institute trainings in somatic integration and parts work. With over a decade of clinical and leadership experience, I bring a deeply integrative lens to both therapy and consultation.
