About Me
In my practice, I offer Healing Intensives — immersive EMDR sessions offered in extended formats (minimum 3 hours). These intensives are ideal for those navigating attachment injuries or life transitions who want to move through healing in a focused, contained way without committing to ongoing weekly therapy. I specialize in trauma-attuned, somatic, and EMDR-based approaches that integrate body, mind, and spirit. My work blends attachment-focused EMDR, ego state work, somatic resourcing and when appropriate - Ketamine-Assisted therapy to support deep, embodied healing. I also provide consultation and education for EMDR therapists interested in Certification, with an emphasis on somatic integration, spirituality, leadership, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and have maintained a private practice since 2013. I am Certified in EMDR and currently serve as a Consultant-in-Training with Beyond Healing Institute. My advanced training includes polyvagal theory, attachment theory and neurobiology, ego state work, somatic psychology, Jungian and humanistic psychology, and spiritual integration. I’m also trained in psychedelic-assisted therapies, including certifications with Journey Clinical, Starlight Psychedelics, the Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy Institute, and the MAPS fundamentals course. Additional credentials include: Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Numerologist, Mind-Body Facilitator (Center for Mind-Body), Sound Healing Practitioner, and graduate of several Beyond Healing Institute trainings in somatic integration and parts work. With over a decade of clinical and leadership experience, I bring a deeply integrative lens to both therapy and consultation.
