About Me
I work with people to heal past hurts, find safety and connection, get unstuck, and uncover the wealth of untapped potential lying within. Serving as a nervous system coach, a guide, a mentor, and advocate, my time and energy is invested in you. Together, we identify your unique strengths and befriend the parts of yourself that is preventing you from accessing that inner reserve of gifts, talents, and intuitive genius.
