About Me

Dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma can feel debilitating. You get stuck in thoughts of worry and fear that feels like a vicious loop you can’t escape. It can cause your world to get very small as it prevents you from participating in normal life. You always feel on edge, and you struggle to trust others. You constantly get triggered by the painful memories in your past. You feel stressed, overwhelmed, and very alone. If this sounds like you, I want to assure you that there is hope. You don’t have to feel stuck and alone in this misery. Reaching out for help is a courageous step towards being the person you want to become. Imagine overcoming these challenges and finding that calm, inner confidence that you are looking for. Find inner strength by incorporating your values and spiritual beliefs into your healing journey. Learn coping skills, change negative thinking patterns, and process painful memories to create lasting change. I utilize CBT and EMDR therapies and am an EMDR Certified Therapist with over 30 years of counseling expertise. Let’s work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies. I’m here to help you achieve the life you are meant to live. Start your journey to healing. Contact me today for a free phone consultation.
