About Me
Using EMDR, I’ve helped clients move through years of shame, guilt, and fear stemming from painful experiences—whether abuse, traumatic events, a deep fear of dogs, or anxiety around driving. Many came into therapy feeling helpless or overwhelmed, and through EMDR they were able to reclaim a sense of strength, safety, and control. Watching clients shift from “I’m weak” to “I’m capable and brave” is one of the most meaningful parts of this work. If you’d like to learn more about how EMDR can support your healing, I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would be happy to connect. I’m trained in EMDR, Domestic Violence LMFT, and is experienced in working with couples. I provide online therapy in English and Arabic.
