About Me
I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where we can collaboratively explore your experiences and support your healing journey. I recognize the profound privilege of witnessing your vulnerability, and I approach our work with empathy and a strengths-based perspective that honors your resilience and wisdom. You are the expert of your own life, and my goal is to listen deeply and help you identify patterns or behaviors that no longer serve your well-being. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic-relational therapy, which focuses on understanding how your past experiences shape the ways you engage with your relationships and the world around you today. To best support your unique needs, I also integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to address the challenges you're experiencing with your mental health. I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward growth and healing.
