About Me
Are you a woman who is a high-achiever, veteran, or in law enforcement, struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, burnout, or people-pleasing? If so, you are in the right place! I specialize in empowering women, to choose themselves first, and break free from the cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism and self-doubt. If you’re ready to remove your superwoman cape, I would be honored to support you. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, we will explore ways to trust your judgment, embrace your worth, and cultivate a life that honors all parts of you. Much of what you’re facing today may be rooted in past experiences. EMDR therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is highly effective in treating anxiety, negative beliefs, and PTSD. These therapies work together to reduce the distress connected to difficult past experiences, helping to alleviate people-pleasing behaviors, self-doubt, and worry. As your therapist, I will empower you to see that everything you need to start this journey is already within you. How do you think you got this far in life, or this successful in your career? You did that, no one else. You've given so much to others; isn't it time to give back to yourself? You deserve a YOU in your life! Choose You First, starting today.
