About Me
Hi and job well done! You've taken a big step towards self-care, just by being here. As a licensed counselor, I am passionate about working with high achieving and motivated women experiencing anxiety and overwhelm and female veterans experiencing non combat related PTSD, who want to regain their ability to put themselves first, get rid of constant fear and worry, reduce guilt and shame and feel safe and a sense of calm in their bodies.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience working in community mental health, substance abuse residential treatment facilities for women and in schools.
