About Me
I have expertise in traumata treatment specializing in Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), mood disorders and anxiety disorders. I use an eclectic method weaving in EMDR, somatic psychotherapy (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), parts work (Internal Family Systems and Structural Dissociation, and systems theory (Family Therapy). I am on faculty at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and becoming a consultant in EMDR. I have completed advance training in IFS, Structural Dissociation, Emotional Focus Therapy, and family therapy.
