About Me

Trauma impacts how we see the world, navigate through our experiences, and connect with others. You are not the product of a single experience or relationship but sometimes one experience can feel so overwhelming that it overtakes over all others. Together, you can start to dream about what life will look like if this problem or memory is no longer an obstacle. I have 15 years experience providing trauma-informed, collaborative, and anti-oppressive approach. Using an EMDR approach, I support survivors of sexual abuse/violence, childhood trauma, flashbacks, anxiety, depression, setting boundaries and other relationship challenges. Together, you can (re)find a connection to yourself and/or others. As a granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, I've grappled with the impact of violence on my family. Understanding my identities as a white, Jewish, cisgender woman, and mother informs how I see the world. It's crucial you're comfortable with your counsellor; feel free to ask me questions related to your counselling journey.
