About Me
I have over 25 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including many years in early childhood education, sexual assault advocacy and counseling, crisis response and work with military families, providing mental health therapy and social work outreach in community mental health settings, and as a private practice mental health therapist. I continually strive to provide the safest, most inclusive space possible for all neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, their families, and my community. It is one of my core beliefs that as humans we should continually be growing and learning, and I bring this principle into my practice and into how I approach expanding my own knowledge, continually learning new techniques, and being open to the ever-changing challenges of living in the world today.
