About Me

I’m so glad you’re here. Many clients come to me feeling stuck - disconnected from themselves, unsure of how to move forward, and exhausted by patterns that no longer serve them. The strategies you once used to cope and stay safe may have helped you survive, but now they might be keeping you from living fully. This is where therapy can help. In therapy, we create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. We will work collaboratively to strengthen your inner resources, work through the barriers that are holding you back, and build a life aligned with what matters most to you. I hold deep respect for the pain you’ve carried, and I hold unwavering hope for your capacity to heal. Most people don’t feel truly “ready” to start therapy and that’s completely natural. But readiness isn’t a requirement. If some part of you is beginning to wonder whether there’s more to life than just getting by, that’s enough. If you’re feeling called to move beyond survival and start living in a way that feels more connected, authentic, and alive, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Education & Experience

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Arizona with over 15 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma and life’s most overwhelming experiences. Before transitioning to private practice, I spent the majority of my career at the VA, where I provided evidence-based treatments for PTSD and trauma-related concerns to veterans from diverse backgrounds. That work deeply shaped my commitment to trauma-informed care that is grounded in both compassion and clinical rigor. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and am trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
