About Me
Hello, I am so excited that you found your way here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of CT. I primarily work with women and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, life stressors, and communication. My therapy style is genuine, empathetic, and real. I want to get to know you and for this to be the space you feel inspired to own who you are. I want therapy to be the space you feel comfortable, seen, and safe. I’ll hold the space for the hard and sometimes awkward stuff; and encourage you to seek your full potential.
