About Me
I base my work as a therapist on the tenet that the most important relationship a person can have is the one they hold with themselves. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, open space where all parts of the self can be explored—including those that may feel uncomfortable or unhelpful at times. I approach therapy from a holistic, relational, and nonjudgmental perspective, using an evidence-based lens to look beneath the surface. My work draws on practices such as DBT, IFS, EMDR, and CBT. In both individual and group therapy, I integrate the four core modules of DBT—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—to help those I support feel more grounded, capable, and in control of their lives. For those navigating life transitions, searching for meaning in work or relationships, or living with chronic pain, I emphasize that you are not alone. My goal is to walk alongside my patients as we face challenges together, finding new ways to understand, sit with, and grow through them.
