About Me

I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults seeking focused work around trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, relational patterns, and experiences that continue to affect how they feel, respond, or relate in the present.

Many of the clients I work with have insight into their patterns and understand where they may have come from, but still find themselves reacting in ways that feel difficult to change. Others have made meaningful progress in therapy and recognize that there are specific experiences, triggers, beliefs, or relational patterns that remain unresolved.

My approach to EMDR is individualized and integrative. In addition to EMDR and the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, my work is informed by attachment theory, parts and ego state work, somatic approaches, and an understanding of nervous system responses. Treatment may explore how past experiences connect with present-day triggers, negative beliefs, protective responses, relational patterns, and a person's sense of safety, worth, and capability.

My practice is dedicated exclusively to EMDR Therapy Intensives. Rather than traditional weekly 50-minute therapy, I offer extended EMDR sessions that provide additional time for preparation, reprocessing, reflection, and integration within each appointment.

EMDR Therapy Intensives may be a good fit for adults who want to:

• Process past experiences that continue to feel unresolved
• Reduce distress or reactivity connected to current triggers
• Address patterns related to anxiety, attachment, relationships, perfectionism, or feeling stuck
• Work with negative beliefs about safety, worth, responsibility, or capability
• Build greater self-understanding, flexibility, and self-regulation
• Focus more intentionally on specific treatment goals or areas that have remained difficult to shift

I offer two ways to participate in EMDR Therapy Intensives:

**Intensively:** Extended EMDR sessions scheduled on an ongoing basis, such as weekly or biweekly, based on treatment needs and goals.

**Intensive:** A concentrated series of extended EMDR sessions scheduled across several consecutive or closely spaced days.

Sessions are available in 90-minute and 3-hour formats. Treatment begins with a Pre-Intensive Assessment to better understand your history, current concerns, treatment goals, resources, and readiness for intensive EMDR work. Clients also receive a personalized workbook to support preparation, reflection, and integration throughout the intensive process.
